Kick a Lucky Block Mutations

Understand regular and event mutations in Kick a Lucky Block, compare displayed multipliers, and verify changing values before upgrading or trading.

A mutation is a modifier attached to a Brainrot. It can change the unit’s income and appearance, but the exact live multiplier, acquisition method, and availability are update-sensitive. Read the mutation name and effective income from the unit card before you replace, upgrade, sacrifice, or trade anything. Public lists are useful for recognizing names; the current game UI is the deciding source for value.

Regular mutation reference

The following multiplier ladder is community reported, not an official permanent table. Different public pages agree on much of the order but disagree about some values—especially Rainbow—and older pages may predate World 2. Treat every row as a comparison aid until the unit or Index panel confirms it in your server.

Do not multiply a unit’s already-modified income again. If the card displays effective income rather than base income, applying the public multiplier a second time creates a false value. Record the exact label and number the UI shows.

Event and weather variants

Public guides also record event-linked names such as Wet, Alien, Void, Enchanted, Phantom, Bacon, Heavenly, Volcanic, Undead, Block Cup, and Nerd. This is not a guarantee that every variant is currently active. Some came from limited events or the Weather Machine; others may remain on owned units after their acquisition window ends.

The visual name alone does not establish a multiplier. Open the unit details or current Index, look for a displayed modifier, and note whether the event is live, scheduled, or ended. A rare archived appearance may have collection or trading interest even when its income is lower than a regular high-multiplier unit.

Use the Weather Machine guide for the sacrifice workflow. It intentionally treats old recipes as history until the machine confirms its current cost and result.

Compare mutated Brainrots correctly

Start with the decision you are making. For plot income, compare effective income in the same units and after the same upgrade assumptions. For collection, compare replaceability and current availability. For trading, add demand and liquidity instead of converting a multiplier directly into a fixed price.

Example: a plain high-rarity unit can lose an income comparison to a lower-rarity unit with a powerful mutation. That does not mean the mutated unit is automatically more desirable in every trade. The plain unit may be harder to obtain, part of an ended event, or needed for the Index. Keep economic, collection, and market rankings separate.

When two public calculators disagree, reproduce the calculation yourself: reported base income × live displayed mutation multiplier. Then compare that result with the actual effective income shown after placing the unit. If the numbers do not match, trust the current game and record the discrepancy rather than inventing a stacking rule.

Protect mutations from avoidable loss

Lock or otherwise protect valuable units if the live interface offers that control. Before using a machine, rebirth, replacement action, or trade confirmation, read which inventory and plot items are affected. Rebirth retention is described inconsistently by community guides, so a mutated Brainrot should never be risked on an assumption.

For Weather Machine sacrifices, use expendable duplicates after the machine itself displays the requested names and result. Do not sacrifice a top earner because an older article lists a recipe. For plot replacement, bring the new roll home, compare both cards, and only then remove the weaker practical unit.

During a direct trade, check the mutation in the final item details rather than trusting chat or the other player’s description. Cancel if the preview changes, the name is obscured, or urgency is being used to stop verification.

Build a mutation tracker

Record the Brainrot name, mutation, displayed base or effective income, world, acquisition source, availability, and check date. Add a confidence field: Official/live UI, multiple current guides, single community report, or unknown. This keeps a dated 50× report from looking as certain as a number visible in your own server.

Recheck the tracker after a major update, when World 2 changes, or when a machine returns. Prioritize the units you use for income and trades; there is no need to re-audit every weak duplicate each session. The Brainrots List supplies a dated name lookup, while the Tier List turns verified fields into goal-specific decisions.

Sources and confidence

The game’s Brainrot income loop is Official from the Roblox experience. Mutation names and multipliers are Community reported from Bloxodes, Kickaluckyblock.io, and TechWiser’s Brainrot list, checked September 17, 2026. Conflicting values, event availability, stacking, and exact odds need live in-game confirmation.
